1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website expertfxschool.com, as well as its subdomains and member areas, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Purpose and Nature of Services

ExpertFX School aims to provide strictly educational and informative content regarding the financial market, focusing on technical and fundamental analysis of assets such as Gold (XAU/USD), Forex pairs, and Cryptoassets.

3. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

All published content, including but not limited to:

• Texts from "ExpertFX University", "Fundamental Analysis", and "Market Sentiment" sessions;

• Educational materials, e-books, and downloadable PDFs;

• Proprietary charts, videos, reports, logos, and visual design;

Are the exclusive property of ExpertFX School or its licensors, protected by Copyright Law. The reproduction, distribution, sale, login sharing, or copying of any exclusive material without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rights will lead to immediate cancellation of access and applicable legal measures.

4. Registration and Security

To access exclusive content (Premium/Partners Desk), the user must provide true and updated information. The user is solely responsible for the security of their login and password. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited and subject to banning from the platform without a refund.

• Processing: Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways (e.g., MercadoPago, CoinPayments).

• Access: Access to premium materials/areas is automatically released after banking confirmation.

• Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the user may request a full refund within a non-extendable period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days after the initial purchase. After this period, there will be no refunds for monthly or annual plans.

7. Conduct and Cancellation

ExpertFX School reserves the right to suspend or cancel access, without prior notice, to users who:

• Use offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language in comments/forums;

• Attempt to pirate, copy, or resell exclusive content;

• Use robots, crawlers, or scripts for data collection from the site;

• Violate any clause of these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time for legal compliance or service evolution. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the District of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any controversies, waiving any other.
