SSR Mining (Nasdaq, TSX: SSRM) said a new technical study for the recently acquired Cripple Creek & Victor (CC&V) gold mine in Colorado extends the asset’s mineral reserve estimate and projected life. CC&V’s mineral reserves are now estimated at about 2.8 million oz. gold, up from about 2.4 million oz. at the end of 2024, Denver-based SSR said Tuesday in a statement. This would allow about 12 more years of mining and stacking to take place at the site, followed by about 14 years of residual leaching, the company says. “Today’s initial life of mine plan already demonstrates a long-lived operation,” executive chairman Rod Antal said in the statement. …

XRP has shown far less movement than many other tokens during a recent sell-off in the altcoin market. According to Coingecko data, the token traded around $2.50 in the first days of November before pulling back to about $2.48. Reports have disclosed that its market capitalization sits near $148 billion. AngloGold Ashanti (NYSE: AU) opened higher on Tuesday after reporting a significant increase in third-quarter production and record cash generated over the three-month period. During the three months ended Sept. 30, 2025, AngloGold’s consolidated production reached 768,000 oz., up 17% from the same period in 2024. Gold output from its managed operations saw a similar rise, with a 16% jump to 682,000 oz. This production growth, the company said, reflects the contribution from the Sukari mine, acquired through its $2.5 billion takeover of Centamin a year ago, as well as improved performances across its key assets. Of those, the biggest driver was the Obuasi mine in…

According to the latest data from Sygnum, about 61% of surveyed companies and organizations plan to increase their cryptocurrency purchases despite the price drop in October. This reflects a growing recognition of digital assets as a promising asset class capable of delivering strong returns and providing valuable portfolio diversification. Several factors explain this phenomenon. First, institutional investors are increasi…

According to the latest news, the record 41-day government shutdown in the US is expected to come to an end tomorrow after the Senate passed a temporary funding measure backed by a group of eight Democrats. The Senate vote on Monday occurred against a backdrop of growing disruptions in air travel, delays in food assistance, and dissatisfaction among federal employees, most of whom have been without pay for over a month. The bill will now go to the House of Representatives, and if approved there, it will be sent to President Trump, who is expected to sign it immediately, restoring funding for federal agencies. This temporary solution gives a reprieve to hundreds of thou…

If 2024 was the year of meme coins, then, without a doubt, 2025 will be the year of DeFi. Stablecoins, DEXes, perpetual DEXes, and other related projects dominate, commanding and moving hundreds of millions of dollars every week. Among them is Aerodrome AERO. Aerodrome is among the top protocols on Base, the Ethereum layer-2. As of November 11, the decentralized exchange manages over $486M worth of assets. It peaked at over $1.2bn earlier this year, and although the total value locked (TVL) is at around 2025 lows, there is a high probability that more assets will find their way into the DEX. Bitcoin is facing difficulties in rising above $106,000. This is clearly reflected in the active selling that occurs immediately after each attempt to stabilize above the $106,500 range. Ethereum is also seeing low demand, trading around $3,500. Currently, there are no significant catalysts for growth—other than the potential end of the government shutdown in the US—so attention must shift to various mixed indicators. For instance, one such indicator is the news that Google searches related to cryptocurrency have fallen to a multi-year low. Historically, this has been a "bullish" sign. Such low levels of search activity have typically been observed before new rallies, w…

Dogecoin is attempting to stabilize after a sharp shakeout, and one technician argues the market just telegraphed its line in the sand. In a weekly chart shared on X, independent analyst Kevin (@Kev_Capital_TA) highlights a “solid bounce” from the weekly 200-EMA and a swift move back into the year’s dominant trading range. At press time on the chart, price sits near $0.1828, with the blue 200-week moving average rising just beneath the market around the $0.16 handle. Is This The Local Dogecoin Bottom? Kevin’s framework is straightforward and level-driven. He points to $0.202 as the immediate pivot on a three-day closing basis. Reclaiming $0.202, he says, would put DOGE b…

Following the general trend of the crypto market, the Dogecoin price has been stuck in sideways action for a while now. Mostly, there has been more dominance toward the downside compared to any opportunity for a recovery, and this has pushed it toward critical support levels. Amid this, the meme coin has shown a lot of weakness and the overall trend remains generally bearish in favor of further price decline. Why Dogecoin May Crash Instead Of Recover With the Dogecoin price already struggling, crypto analyst RLinda believes that the bearish action may continue to dominate for a while. She points to the fact that the price has since been consolidating between two major le…

Overview: The US dollar is mixed. Sterling is the weakest of the G10 currencies after unexpectedly poor employment reported boosted chances of rate cut next month. The dollar also made marginal new high against the Japanese yen since February, but so far has remained below JPY154.50. The dollar-bloc currencies are softer while the Scandis are slightly firmer. Holidays in the US and Canada make for a quiet North American session today. Equities in Asia Pacific were mixed and the MSCI regional index was little changed. South Korea and Singapore were the strongest gainer, while China's CSI 300 fell the most among the large bourses; almost 1%. Europe's Stoxx 600 is ri…

During the last Solana boom, driven primarily by meme coins on Pump.fun, many thought SOL USDT would have already breached $500 and possibly even $1,000 by now. With less than two months to go before 2025 comes to an end, Solana price prediction models point to weakening bulls. From the SOL USDT candlestick arrangement in the daily chart, it is clear that the upside momentum is waning, and buyers are struggling to maintain the uptrend. In the short term, key levels to watch out for are $150 and $200. Market Cap 24h 7d 30d 1y All Time As it stands, Solana…

According to Bloomberg Intelligence’s Mike McGlone, Bitcoin has entered a “do-or-die” phase as traders watch a narrow price band for signs of direction. From an Oct. 6 level of $123,500, the coin tumbled almost 20% to a low of $99,900 on Nov. 4 before recovering to about $106,350. Reports show the move left Bitcoin roughly 14% below its earlier October peak. Make Or Break Zone For Bitcoin Based on trend lines and monthly charts, McGlone points to a rollover pattern after the months-long climb that culminated in an Oct. 6 high marked on some charts at $126,270. The immediate technical test is the 200-day moving average, which sits near $110,000. According to his vie…

On Monday, the EUR/USD pair traded sideways after rebounding from the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level at 1.1594. Thus, the decline in quotes may continue today toward the next retracement level at 76.4% – 1.1517. A rebound from this level would favor the euro and signal a new rise toward 1.1594, while a close above 1.1594 would increase the likelihood of further growth toward the resistance level of 1.1645–1.1656. The wave structure on the hourly chart remains simple and clear. The new upward wave has not yet broken the previous peak, while the last downward wave did break the previous low. Thus, the trend is still bearish. The bulls are not using the opportunities f…

On the hourly chart, the GBP/USD pair rose on Monday to the 127.2% retracement level at 1.3186, bounced off it, and showed a slight decline. Today, another rebound from this level would again favor the U.S. dollar, while a consolidation above 1.3186 would increase the likelihood of continued growth toward the next 100.0% retracement level at 1.3247. The wave structure remains "bearish." The new upward wave did not break the previous high, while the last downward wave (which took about three weeks to form) broke the previous low. The fundamental background in recent weeks has been negative for the U.S. dollar (in my opinion), but bullish traders have not taken advantage…
