Trade analysis and advice for trading the Japanese yen The price test of 152.75 in the first half of the day occurred when the MACD indicator had just begun moving upward from the zero mark, confirming a correct entry point for buying the dollar in continuation of the bullish market. As a result, the pair rose by 35 points. The Japanese yen may lose even more ground against the dollar after Fed Chair Jerome Powell's speech — especially in light of the lack of any important U.S. fundamental statistics. In the absence of macroeconomic data, market participants' full attention will be on the speeches of U.S. central bank officials. Analysts agree that any hints about keeping…

Canary Capital’s Trump Coin ETF (ticker: TRPC) has appeared on the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) platform, a key milestone that typically indicates operational readiness for clearing and settlement. While that energized traders, it’s not a green light to trade as the SEC must still approve the fund, and analysts broadly expect a decision no earlier than early 2026. Even so, the listing places TRPC alongside a growing wave of crypto-themed products, most notably 21Shares’ DOGE ETF, that signal rising institutional appetite for meme-coin exposure via regulated wrappers. Market reaction: liquidity, open interest, and key price levels The DTCC move…

Crypto market analyst Javon Marks believes the Dogecoin price could be preparing for one of its biggest price jumps yet. He thinks this setup gives the coin a strong chance to rise much higher in the current bull market if the pattern continues to repeat as it has before. Marks explains that this pattern is not random but follows historical price data that has proven accurate over time. In his view, Dogecoin has built a reputation for repeating its market behavior during each major cycle. Every time the setup has formed, the price has responded by moving sharply higher. Javon Marks Highlights Dogecoin Price Consistent Fibonacci Pattern In his analysis, Marks points out …

Ethereum is trading at critical price levels after a sharp 10% decline from the $4,750 mark, reflecting growing uncertainty across the broader crypto market. The recent correction has pushed ETH toward the $4,300 support zone, a level that bulls are now fiercely defending to prevent a deeper retracement. Despite the pullback, on-chain data suggests that large holders remain confident, signaling that this dip may be part of a healthy market reset rather than the start of a downtrend. According to recent data, Bitmine continues its aggressive accumulation of ETH, adding to its holdings even as prices fluctuate. This steady inflow from institutional players highlights stro…

It is quite possible that demand for the U.S. dollar would have continued to grow modestly without any strong justification. But on Friday evening, Donald Trump announced on his social media platform, TruthSocial, the introduction of additional tariffs on all imports from China. All market participants know that the trade standoff between China and the U.S. began during Donald Trump's first presidential term. It was then that Washington first imposed tariffs on Chinese imports, sparking a year-and-a-half-long negotiation over a trade deal. Trump began his second term with another trade war—this time targeting the entire world—since it's now hard to find a country on the p…

On Friday, gold attracted buyers amid expectations that the U.S. Federal Reserve will cut borrowing costs two more times this year. Fed Chair Jerome Powell did not provide any new policy signals, but the minutes of the FOMC's September meeting, released Wednesday, confirmed ongoing concerns about inflation. Despite this, traders still largely expect two additional rate cuts by the Fed before the end of the year. The U.S. government shutdown continues into its second week, with no progress on a funding agreement. On Thursday, the Senate rejected competing budget proposals for the seventh time and does not plan further votes until next week, when the upper chamber is expect…

The GBP/USD currency pair retreated slightly downward on Monday, though not significantly or for long. In principle, we continue to expect just one thing – a new drop in the dollar. We immediately advise traders to switch to the daily time frame and confirm that the upward trend remains intact. In recent months, the market has been in a flat phase. As we've mentioned before, flat markets are a time when major players build new positions. What kind of positions can they be forming in the current circumstances? Buying dollars? Unlikely. That means selling dollars. If that's the case, then a new wave of the upward trend is only a matter of time. The fundamental backdrop rema…

Monday Trade Review: 1H Chart of EUR/USD Pair The EUR/USD currency pair mainly traded sideways on Monday. During the European session, a downward movement was observed, raising many questions from both a fundamental and macroeconomic perspective. No important or even secondary reports were published on Monday. There was also nothing noteworthy among fundamental events. On Friday, Donald Trump announced new tariffs on China—100%—which essentially marks a new escalation in the global trade war. Nevertheless, the dollar again barely declined in the foreign exchange market. For over two weeks in a row, the market has been ignoring all negative news for the U.S. currency…

Estelle project. Credit: Nova Minerals Nova Minerals’ (NASDAQ, ASX: NVA) shares skyrocketed on Tuesday after the Australian miner announced that it had been requested by the US government to provide a brief on its antimony project in Alaska ahead of a planned meeting between the nations’ leaders. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is scheduled to meet with US President Donald Trump on Oct. 20 in Washington DC, where the pair are likely to discuss critical minerals partnerships amid surging American interest in the sector and speculation that the Trump government could buy stakes in Australia’s miners. Local media in Australia also reported that its gove…

The wave pattern on the 4-hour chart for EUR/USD has changed. It is still too early to conclude that the upward trend segment has ended, but the recent decline in the euro has required an adjustment of the wave count. We now see a series of three-wave structures a–b–c, which may be part of the larger wave 4 within the overall uptrend. In this case, wave 4 has taken on an unusually extended form, but the wave pattern as a whole remains coherent. The formation of the upward trend segment continues, while the news background mostly supports currencies other than the dollar. The trade war initiated by Donald Trump continues. The confrontation with the Federal Reserve also per…

After a remarkable start to ‘Uptober,’ Bitcoin (BTC) has recently seen significant volatility, retesting multiple crucial levels. As the price bounces from the $110,000 mark, some analysts have suggested that BTC’s rally won’t restart until a key area is reclaimed. Bitcoin Needs Key Reclaim For New Highs Over the past week, Bitcoin’s price has fluctuated between its range’s lower and upper boundaries, hitting both a new all-time high (ATH) of $126,000 and a three-month low of $102,000. Notably, the crypto market saw one of the largest liquidation events in history on Friday, which briefly sent BTC’s price below $107,500. The flagship crypto quickly bounced from the low…

What to Know: Bitcoin Hyper has raised over $23.7M in its presale, with tokens priced at $0.013115. The project introduces a Solana-powered Layer-2 that brings sub-second transactions and near-zero fees to Bitcoin. Holders of $HYPER can stake for up to 50% APY, earn governance rights, and access exclusive airdrops and dApps. By merging Bitcoin’s security with Solana’s speed, Bitcoin Hyper could transform Bitcoin from a static store of value into a full programmable economy. Bitcoin still undoubtedly leads crypto. It’s the original, the most trusted, and valued at over $2.2T. Yet it moves as if it’s stuck in 2013. The network processes only seven transactions per seco…

Bitcoin has set a new all-time high (ATH) around $123,000, but cryptocurrency market inflows are still far from the peak observed back in 2024. Crypto Capital Inflows Are Currently Sitting At $51 Billion As pointed out by analyst Ali Martinez in a new post on X, there is a stark difference in capital participation between the current Bitcoin rally and the one from December 2024. Below is the chart shared by the analyst that compares the two bull runs. The graph captures the 30-day capital flows occurring for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the stablecoins. For the former two assets, it tracks them using the Realized Cap indicator. The Realized Cap is a capitalization model t…

At the beginning of July, everywhere you looked, you could see a Solana target price of $200 or more by August. After a strong start, which saw SOL surge by +10% from $145 to over $167, many projections indicated that Solana (SOL) could reach a target price of over $200 by August. However, a sharp overnight sell-off caused the sixth-largest digital asset by market cap to drop by 4%, bringing its price below $160, with many now wondering whether Solana can hit $200 this month. (SOURCE) SOL Weekly Support At $160 – If Reclaimed, Bullish Momentum Could Continue While Solana has fallen below its weekly support level of $160, it is currently trading at $159.9, just a few …

Log in to today's North American session recap for July 28, 2025. The Monday session had been dull in previous weeks, but this one is far from the same. Markets saw a strongly volatile weekly open with the reaching of the latest, much-anticipated EU-US Trade Deal. The trade-deal has been viewed as disadvantageous for the Europeans which have had to make some concessions – Both parties had found trouble to reach a common ground in previous discussions which had prompted some doubts. The has been a strong buy-the-rumour Sell-the-fact trade going on with the Euro getting ramsacked in today's session (down 1.30% as I write this) and the US Dollar seeing some squeeze-res…

On-chain data shows Bitcoin is fast approaching the cost basis of the short-term holders, a retest of which could potentially change the asset’s course. Bitcoin Is Nearing The Short-Term Holder Realized Price As pointed out by CryptoQuant author Axel Adler Jr in a new post on X, Bitcoin could be closing in on the Realized Price of the short-term holders. The Realized Price here refers to an on-chain indicator that measures the cost basis of the average investor or address on the BTC network. When the cryptocurrency’s spot price is trading above this indicator, it means the holders as a whole are sitting on some net unrealized profit. On the other hand, it being under t…

Overview: Ahead of the long holiday weekend in North America, the US dollar is trading with a slightly firmer bias in narrow trading ranges. The drama around the Fed has intensified with FHFA Director Pulte sending a new criminal referral against Governor Cook regarding a third mortgage, while Governor Waller reiterated his dissent from last month's meeting. He supports a September rate cut in the face of the deterioration of the labor market while advocating looking through the tariff-related price pressures. China again lowered the dollar's reference rate to a new low for the year, and after the Thai baht, the yuan is the second-strongest emerging market currency this w…

Ethereum price started a fresh decline below the $4,650 zone. ETH is now showing bearish signs and might gain bearish momentum if it drops below $4,340. Ethereum is still struggling to settle above the $4,500 zone. The price is trading below $4,500 and the 100-hourly Simple Moving Average. There is a key bearish trend line forming with resistance at $4,460 on the hourly chart of ETH/USD (data feed via Kraken). The pair could extend losses and dive if there is a close below $4,340 in the near term. Ethereum Price Dips Again Ethereum price started a recovery wave after it tested the $4,260 zone, like Bitcoin. ETH price was able to climb above the $4,320 and $4,350 resist…

Ecuador-focused SolGold (LON: SOLG) has moved its tax domicile to Switzerland as it pushes its flagship Cascabel copper-gold project into development. The shift, effective August 28, includes the relocation of chief executive Dan Vujcic to Europe. SolGold delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange in June, but kept its primary listing in London and is weighing an additional listing as part of its corporate overhaul. A key element of the restructuring is the consolidation of full ownership of Cascabel under SolGold Finance AG, its Swiss subsidiary. The move brings the project in line with existing royalty and stream agreements, placing 100% ownership under one entity…

This is a follow-up analysis and a timely update of our prior report, “GBP/USD Technical: Sterling torpedoed by spike in 30-year gilt yield, watch the 1.3315/3280 key support”, published on 2 September 2025. The price actions of the GBP/USD have shaped the expected minor corrective decline in the past two sessions to print an intraday low of 1.3333 on Wednesday, 3 September, just whiskers above the pre-defined 1.3315/1.3280 key medium-term pivotal support highlighted in our last publication. Let’s now determine its next short-term (1 to 3 days) directional bias and key levels to watch as we await the key US labour data release: non-farm payrolls and unemployment rate …

Markets got the release of the Non-Farm Payrolls number for August. With the consequential miss (22K vs 75K exp) and further downward revisions, the picture is bleak but stocks open slightly higher. There is immediate selling from profit-taking however, keep an eye on this. Some analysts report that the FED would have comfortably cut by 50 bps if it wasn't for the US Tariffs that have just started to impact the data. The 2Y yield is now at the lowest since April 2025 (Liberation Day trough) and Markets are still pricing more cuts for the year: Currently at 75 bps for the year and still rising. With the FED entering its Blackout Period (no interviews on Economic or f…

Most Read: Markets Today: Japan PM Resigns, Gold Above $3600/oz, China Exports Miss Forecasts, FTSE 100 Holds at Support Oil prices have risen as much as 1.8% at the start of the week as Oil pares last week's losses. The rally this morning has come as a surprise to some quarters after eight OPEC + members agreed to lift output by 137,000 bpd from October. However, the move by OPEC + was seen as more modest than expected and thus saw market participants shrug off the potential consequences. On top of that, markets are focused on the possibility of more sanctions on Russian crude.after Russia hit Ukraine with its biggest air attack since the start of the war. For now, conce…

The EUR/USD currency pair traded relatively quietly on Monday, which is not surprising, as the macroeconomic and fundamental background in both the EU and the US was virtually absent. Donald Trump continues to make statements almost every day, but at present, his comments are more about resolving conflicts between Ukraine and Russia, as well as in the Gaza Strip. You could say that Trump has eased up a bit on his pressure on the rest of the world regarding the "unfairness in trade that allowed many countries to rob the US for decades." It would seem there's no better time for the dollar to rally. For once, Donald Trump is not introducing new tariffs or raising existing on…

Kazakhstan has officially entered the global crypto race with plans to establish a National Digital Asset Fund, accumulating Bitcoin and other strategic digital assets to strengthen its economy and hedge against fiat instability. The initiative includes building CryptoCity, a plot zone for digital payments using crypto, stablecoins, and the digital tenge. It also expands Kazakhstan’s role as a Bitcoin mining powerhouse with growing state revenues. This move signals a larger trend of emerging markets embracing crypto reserves, aiming to diversify away from volatile commodity exports and attract foreign investment while competing with developed nations for financial innov…
