In a recent post, CRYPTOWZRD highlighted that XRP ended the session on a bearish note as XRPBTC slipped in response to a rise in Bitcoin Dominance (BTC.D). However, the analyst anticipates a swift recovery rally from XRP, potentially setting the stage for the next trading opportunity in the near term. Bitcoin’s Strength Dictates XRP Price Action Sharing more insight, CRYPTOWZRD noted that both the daily chart for XRP and XRPBTC closed bearish on Monday. The move came as Bitcoin Dominance climbed, with Bitcoin’s price action playing a role in XRP’s action. As XRP slides down over 5%, an analyst has highlighted the next possible targets for the asset, based on this technical analysis (TA) pattern. XRP May Visit These Levels Of A Parallel Channel Next In an X post on Sunday, analyst Ali Martinez pointed out how XRP was at risk of observing a further drop if it couldn’t reclaim the $3.3 level. Below was the chart shared by the analyst. In the graph, Martinez highlighted a Parallel Channel that XRP has followed since late last year. A Parallel Channel is a TA pattern that forms whenever the price of an asset consolidates between two parallel trendlines. The upper line of the channel is likely to be a point of resistance, whi…

The US government has added copper, potash and silicon to its draft list of critical minerals, in the most significant overhaul since the it was first published in 2018. The update, mandated every three years under the Energy Act of 2020, follows the 2022 version and now includes 54 minerals. Six were proposed for addition—copper, silicon, potash, silver, lead and rhenium—while two, tellurium and arsenic, were removed. Copper and silicon were included because of the severe economic consequences that supply disruptions could trigger in refined forms, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said. Lead and rhenium, which narrowly missed the 2022 cutoff, were added under…

On Bloomberg’s “ETF IQ” on Monday, REX Financial chief executive Greg King made his most forceful public case yet for Solana’s role in real-world finance—especially for stablecoins—and explained why his firm built a 1940 Act, staking-enabled ETF around SOL rather than waiting for a traditional ’33 Act spot product. Solana Vs. Ethereum King did not hedge when asked to put the Solana-versus-Ethereum debate into plain language for mainstream investors: “Eth is the second biggest crypto. Solana is basically top five. A lot of people think Solana is the up and comer that will overthrow the area. It is a very controversial debate. I’ve probably made friends and enemies even su…

Energy Fuels (NYSE-A: UUUU) (TSX: EFR) and US permanent magnet producer Vulcan Elements have teamed up to create what would be “a resilient domestic supply chain” for rare earth magnets independent of China. Under a memorandum of understanding signed on Tuesday, Energy Fuels will supply high-purity “light” and “heavy” separated rare earths — key materials in the magnet production process — to Vulcan for validation, starting in the fourth quarter of 2025. Energy Fuels is currently producing these rare earth oxides from its White Mesa mill in Utah. The facility represents the only licensed uranium mill in the US, but also has the capacity to produce rare earths by p…

Like other FX pairs, USDJPY has been held in a tight range for the past two full weeks. There is a lack of clarity regarding the outlook for US cuts due to contradicting data, supplemented by Markets having digested a more balanced/dovish tone from Powell rather than a fully dovish one (from a more balanced/hawkish tone regarding the impact of tariffs). The question remains: Will there be only 2 cuts this year? This would not change much to the FED's quarterly outlook from previous meetings. Markets are also awaiting more information regarding who will be the next FED board member. Reactions to the US Dollar have been minimal regarding the firing of Lisa Cook, a board …

Ethereum (ETH) is currently trading above the $4,400 level, showing resilience despite recent selling pressure and market-wide volatility. However, price action has entered a consolidation phase, with bulls struggling to reclaim higher levels and momentum appearing muted. This has fueled speculation across the market, as analysts remain divided on ETH’s next move. Some market participants expect Ethereum to retrace below $4,000, pointing to weakening momentum and sustained resistance near the $4,600–$4,800 range. They argue that a correction could provide healthier conditions for the next major leg upward. On the other hand, more optimistic analysts see this consolidati…

Silver X Mining (TSXV: AGX) set 52-week highs in successive sessions this week off the back of positive financial results for the first half of 2025. The Canadian miner, which owns the Nueva Recuperada silver project in central Peru and produces precious and base metals from its Tangana mining unit, reported last week that its operating income for the first six months increased threefold from last year. This is despite a 22.9% decrease in silver-equivalent production from roughly 582,000 oz. to nearly 449,000 oz., a result of reduced ore processing and lower head grades compared to H1 2024. The higher operating income, owing to a significant rise in realized s…

In 1988, the silver bullion world changed because of Canada’s Royal Mint. After its success with the world’s first .9999 pure gold coin in 1982, the mint repeated this winning formula with the Silver Maple Leaf. Since then, competitors have followed suit with their own high-purity coins, but Canada remains the pioneer, constantly evolving their product with advanced features. Over four decades later, Silver Maple Leafs still dominate dealer inventories and investor portfolios worldwide. This article explains the specifications, authentication features, and investment advantages that keep Canada’s flagship silver coin at the top of the precious metals market. What Is a Si…

Bitcoin’s bullish momentum has somewhat faded after reaching an all-time high of $111,000 on May 22, casting doubt on the sustainability of the rally. Bitcoin has pulled back slightly after its record-setting push, and analysts are split on what this means for its price action going forward. Interestingly, not everyone is convinced the recent all-time high reflects genuine strength. One of the most notable voices challenging this is certified crypto expert Tony “The Bull” Severino, who warned that Bitcoin’s move may not be as solid as it looks on the surface. In his assessment, Tony Severino argues that the breakout to $111,814 lacks the technical confirmation usually …

Ethereum has experienced significant volatility in recent days, driven largely by escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. After breaking down from the range that had held since early May, ETH fell sharply to $2,100, triggering widespread concern among investors. The breakdown was largely attributed to the market’s reaction to the US attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, which escalated the conflict between Israel and Iran. However, markets quickly responded to positive developments. Ethereum rebounded strongly above the $2,400 level following reports that Iran and Israel had agreed to a ceasefire, temporarily easing global risk sentiment. This relief rally …

One year after the Eagle mine in Canada’s Yukon Territory suffered a catastrophic landslide, the company overseeing Victoria Gold’s former site is looking to sell the mine as the cleanup effort proceeds. PricewaterhouseCoopers, which became the receiver for the company and mine last August, announced in mid-June it was preparing to sell the mine and its related assets. “I don’t want to say we’re out of the woods yet but it’s moving in the right direction,” Yukon Mines Minister John Streicker told The Northern Miner in mid-June. “We’re seeing cyanide, mercury, other contaminants on a downward trajectory.
